At Velvet Glow Aesthetics we strive to provide a calm and comfortable experience for each of our guests while targeting their specific needs. Our private studio specializes in results-driven skincare and luxury lash and brow services. When it comes to serving face, we’ve got you covered! ———————————— ✨ Studio Policy ✨ * Must be 18 years or older to book. * Appointments $50+ require a non-refundable deposit that go towards the service total. * Cash, card reader, and Zelle payments are accepted. Card reader charges a 3.5% convenience fee. Please bring the exact amount when paying with cash. * Appointments can be rescheduled 2 weeks out from the original date. If the new requested date is more than 14 days it will be considered a new appointment and a new deposit is required. Should you need to reschedule more than once it will be considered a cancelation and a new deposit is required. * There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes a $10 late fee will be added to your service total. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be rescheduled/canceled and you will be subject to a cancellation fee. * NO REFUNDS. All products and services are final sale. * For facials/chemical peels/waxing- Please arrive with no makeup on. Discontinue use of AHAs/BHAs and retinol 72 hours prior to the appointment. * For lash fills- Lash fills are every 2-3.5 weeks (max 25 days) and you should return with at least 40% of extensions remaining. Appointments after 3.5 weeks or lashes with less than 40% retention will be charged for a full set. * If you are booking a lash fill and your current lash set was done by another lash artist, please contact me directly with photos of your lashes along with your booking request. * Please remove contact lenses before starting the lash lift procedure. If you are unable to do so at the time of the appointment you will be rescheduled. Before your appointment: * No children or extra guests unless previously discussed. * Avoid caffeine before lash appointments * Arrive with clean lashes and clean face * No strip lash adhesive for a week prior to appointment
