At Velvet Glow Aesthetics we strive to provide a calm and comfortable experience for each of our guests while targeting their specific needs. Our private studio specializes in results-driven skincare, luxury lash enhancements and body waxing. When it comes to serving face, we’ve got you covered! ———————————— ✨ Studio Policy ✨ * Must be 18 years or older to book. Clients under 18 should be accompanied by or have written consent from a parent or guardian. * Appointments $50+ require a non-refundable deposit that go towards the service total. * Cash, card reader, and Zelle payments are accepted. Card reader charges a 3.5% convenience fee. Please bring the exact amount when paying with cash. * Appointments can be rescheduled 2 weeks out from the original date. If the new requested date is more than 14 days it will be considered a new appointment and a new deposit is required. Should you need to reschedule more than once it will be considered a cancelation and a new deposit is required. * There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes a $10 late fee will be added to your service total. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be rescheduled/canceled and you will be subject to a cancellation fee. * If you need to make changes to your appointment, you must notify us no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled session. You will be held responsible for payment of all services booked at the time of service. * NO REFUNDS. All products and services are final sale. * For facials/chemical peels/waxing- Please arrive with no makeup on. Discontinue use of AHAs/BHAs and retinol 72 hours prior to the appointment. * For lash fills- Lash fills are every 2-3 weeks (max 21 days) and you should return with at least 40% of extensions remaining. Appointments after 3 weeks or lashes with less than 40% retention will be charged for a full set. * Mini fills are only allowed within 7 days of your last appointment. Lash fills that are 8+ days are considered a standard fill in. * If you are booking a lash fill and your current lash set was done by another lash artist, please contact me directly with photos of your lashes along with your booking request. * Please remove contact lenses before starting the lash lift procedure. If you are unable to do so at the time of the appointment you will be rescheduled. Before your appointment: * No children or extra guests unless previously discussed. * Avoid caffeine before lash appointments * Arrive with clean lashes and clean face * No strip lash adhesive for a week prior to appointment
